The staff just wanted to up sale me on their rooms. They wanted me to cancel with Hotels and book directly with them. Then when we asked to see the room. I just about died. The see through shower was between the living room and the bedroom and all glass. That's what I want to see my husband washing his ass while I'm watching big bang theory on tv. The front desk Preston was pushy and full of himself. He wouldn't even check us in with the Hotels.com reservations. When I texted Hotels.com, I was received by the rudest person ever. I never even stayed at this hotel because it was so dark and designed so poorly.

We loved the hotel. The staff was fantastic. Free breakfast and chowder at night. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great. The only reason I didn't give it a five is because the elevator was out off order and the master toilet didn't work.

Room was wonderful, it was clean, cozy, and perfect for a weekend away with my spouse. The bathtub and shower were so nice in our room and we loved that there was a fireplace. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Highly recommend for couples or for families!

Very clean and spacious room with new furnishings. Loved the fireplace and deep bath tub. Great view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Less than a 10 minute walk to the tide pools. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Located on a quiet street. Pet friendly. Large TV that can swivel and connect to ChromeCast on your phone. I liked the glass shower, but keep in mind it’s visible from all parts of the room and has no curtain. Anyone in the room can see you. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was great, room wasn’t that great. It was clean, but the layout was kind of awkward. Instead of the bed being closer to the window/ocean, it’s on the other side of the room facing the parking lot. So that wasn’t ideal.
