Perfect Getaway

The staff were friendly, helpful and humble hearted. I went during quiet season during the week and it was perfect for a little retreat. But I bet it is buzzing come summer. Great showers, tub, fireplace and ocean view. I also welcomed that they are on the beach, not a steep staircase away like other lodgings. If I were to visit with kids, I think the room size might be small.

Although I only stayed a night due to a quick work trip, this property was above and beyond what i expected!! Such beautiful rooms, with a deck to view the ocean that is walking distance. Everything was clean and there was also food, drinks and snacks available in the main lobby. I will definitely be back for just a non-work related trip soon to enjoy my time longer!

My husband and I stayed here for the first time last year for St Patrick's Day and we loved everything about it. Is was so great that we decided to stay here again this St Patrick's Day weekend. From the moment I stepped in to the front desk I felt uncomfortable. The FD agent was very quiet and expressed unhappiness. Almost rude. Any other staff we ran into was also the same. We would say hello and get no response. The mattress on the sofa sleeper was disgusting dirty. Hair on floor in toilet room. The "Do not Disturb sign" missing. We went to the spa and my husband slipped and fell hitting his head. No towels available. When asking the same FD agent to please have towels delivered to the room he was once again in that same attitude. Almost trying to convince us we did not need any towels because they were being washed. We did receive a set while we were gone. My take on the entire experience was the staff is unhappy and not trained for hospitality.

We really enjoy coming to Lincoln Sands! They are always so friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. Quiet area. Love that we have beach front rooms.

My fiancé had breathing issues due to the pet dander and mold. We left the next morning and went somewhere else for are second night. We asked to be refunded for the second night that we didn’t stay but they refused.

This hotel was great! Great service, views, complimentary breakfast, coffee, and delicious chowder! The hotel staff were also very kind and understanding. Overall very good! Only thing that was a problem was cleanliness. Our towels and robes were stained and dirty, and we had dirty dishes left in the microwave and dish washer in our rooms.

Great location on the beach. The staff was friendly, helpful w positive energy. They had a great pool hated to a nice warm temperature a hot tub and a sauna for a bonus. It is definitely an older property. The furnacing in the room are older, but the bed was newer and very comfortable. This place was fun nothing fancy and the price was reasonable. 🙏😊
