Unit 103 is a privately owned studio condo with a beautiful ocean view and a ground level patio near easy beach access. This spacious studio can sleep up to 4 with a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and features a bath/shower combo (Remodeled Apr 2025). Enjoy oceanfront dining with a fully stocked kitchenette boasting full sized appliances, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave. Private nearby beach access and a great central location make it easy to have an amazing vacation!



The Space:

Unit 103 is a privately owned studio condo with a beautiful ocean view and a ground level patio near easy beach access. This spacious studio can sleep up to 4 with a Queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and features a bath/shower combo (Remodeled Apr 2025). Enjoy oceanfront dining with a fully stocked kitchenette boasting full sized appliances, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and microwave. Private nearby beach access and a great central location make it easy to have an amazing vacation!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



Please note: This is on the ground floor, but there is one large step into the unit; the front door threshold is not level with the parking lot.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
