"Bring Home the Beacon" is an inviting oceanfront condo that comfortably sleeps four with a king-size bed and a queen Murphy bed. With two full bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen, it’s great for longer stays. Beach access is just a block away, and guests can also enjoy a game room. One well-behaved furry companion is welcome (fee applies).



The Space:

Welcome to 361, which we call Bring Home the Beacon. This well-appointed top-floor condo has everything you need for a comfortable ocean view stay on your next family getaway. The thoughtful decor and extras will add another layer of enjoyment while you are visiting lovely Lincoln City.



This unit is perfect for families traveling with children. The front shared living space features a queen Murphy bed that will allow for extra sleeping, but is able to fold up during the day to give you the space to enjoy the condo in comfort. The master suite features a king bed and loads of closet space, as well as its own private bathroom. A second full bathroom can be found just down the hall in the shared front space. The condo also provides a pack-n-play for the extra tiny travelers in your party. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet dinner, as well as a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze. 



The dining table has an extra leaf that is available to give ample space for family game nights or dinners together. With two flat screens, DVD players, a CD player, and loads of board games and puzzles throughout, you and your family will never run out of things to do. When you aren't enjoying the comforts and amenities inside, take a walk down to the game room where you can challenge your friends and family to a competitive game of ping pong or just lounge and catch up on a good book. 



Surftides Plaza Condominiums is conveniently located next to restaurants, shopping, and the casino but the best part is the easy access to the beach. The Surftides Plaza Condos have their own private beach access just on the other side of the street for guests to easily and quickly get their toes in the sand. The sunsets are always better at the beach, and the top-floor views this condo will provide will certainly not disappoint. Enjoy a nightcap on the balcony with the comfy chairs and table provided. Bring Home the Beacon will undoubtedly be your new home away from home here on the Oregon Coast. 



2026 Update: The pool is closed indefinitely at Surftides Plaza. We do not have an estimated time of when it will be open again. However, the Lincoln City Community Center is only four minutes away and does offer open swim times on their schedule. Visit their website to learn more.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The game room can be accessed via a designated Property Code found in your Check-in Instructions.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is pet-friendly. There will be an additional pet fee of $69, limit of 1 pet for this unit.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Surftides Plaza Rentals manages more than 25 privately owned ocean-view condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

This condo offers its guests an arcade/game room and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
