The room was filthy, both windows in our unit were broke. The mirrors were so nasty from toothpaste marks and the bathroom one has big ring marks from something sticky. Also the mini fridge was covered in a sticky red substance. The sand and dust was awful. Like the only thing that gets done is the beds. Also they advertise Hot tube and Pool but didn't disclose or tell us when we were checking in that the Hot Tube was out of service . so we paid for a beach front room that really was the worst experience for room quality. On the side note the office staff were very nice and informative about the things they needed to be for our entry and exit time.

The room was clean. All towels, sheets where white and clean. When we came over Aire in room was little bit unfrech. But it is no big problem. The view of the ocean is very beautiful. The room is warmer. All staff are friendly. Thank you!

The bathtub didn’t drain had over foot of standing water in it while taking a shower. Everything was dusty the microwave and coffee pot were grimy. The blackout curtains were only on their sliding glass door, but not on the window and my door would not lock.

We made reservations with low expectations for the price. I am ok with below 4 star for a 5 star view. We got there and the first room was more than ran down. Floors coming apart, smoke smell, three different colors on the wall, cob webs in corner wall, stains on sheets, etc… So, I requested a new room. They were great in moving us to a “suite” and it looked better when we first walked in and then we noticed hair all over the bathroom floor and toilet, literal toilet paper left in toilet from previous people, blinds broken, grease marks from someone’s face on the windows, and just ick feeling. If they can’t even sweep/vaccuum, how do you expect anything else to have been cleaned or bedding to have been changed? Old rundown building, ok. Unsanitary rooms, not at all ok. Do better, people are paying to be your guests. We ended up finding a new motel and thankfully got a full refund. Office staff was the only thing great about this place for us.

Hot tub is under construction. (Apparently has been for a long time.) which is the main reason we chose this hotel. Our room was very uncomfortable. Main heater did not work bedroom heater blew out cooled air and made loud noises. Tv only got a few channels and just turn off randomly or stop working. Couch was not big enough for four people bathtub and Poor shape could not even take a bath. When we asked about partial refund, they said they would get back to us and never did.

Loved our ocean view! The building is a bit dated with some broken blinds and stained carpets but the bed/suite was very cozy and affordable! Staff was nice at check in and check out! Would recommend and revisit!

The room could bave been a bit cleaner, but we went in with low expectations because of the mixed reviews, but overall it was fine. Mini fridge needed to be cleaned, but overall it was an amazing room. Hot tub looking out over the ocean in my room. Almost full kitchen. We loved it. And for the price it was excellent. Service was great. We will totally be back.

Hot tub was out of order, so glad I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub otherwise it would have really been a bummer. Also, I very much wish the bed had been softer. Overall, decent visit. Having beach access so close to the hotel was awesome, but just know, those stairs are a workout!
