Enjoy stunning ocean views from this beautifully remodeled condo! 311 at D Sands is located 30 steps up, but the balcony ocean view, full kitchen, and cozy decor are worth the climb. A family of 6 will have plenty of space in this one bedroom, one bathroom suite, with sleeping options including 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or claim the queen murphy bed in the living room where you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The property itself has beach access as well and commercial grade Wi-Fi.



The Space:

Enjoy stunning ocean views from this beautiful condo! 311 at D Sands is located 30 steps up, but the balcony ocean view, full kitchen, and cozy decor are worth the climb. A family of 6 will have plenty of space in this one bedroom, one bathroom suite, with sleeping options including 2 queen beds in the bedroom, or claim the queen Murphy bed in the living room where you can fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. The property itself has beach access as well and commercial grade Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.
