Unit 363 Sunny Delighthouse is a top-floor 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean-view condo that comfortably sleeps up to three guests. You’ll find a queen bed in the private bedroom, plus a sleeper chair in the living area—perfect for families and friends.



The full kitchen is stocked for cooking everything from a hot breakfast to a hearty dinner, and the fireplace adds a warm finish after a day of exploring. And because no beach escape is complete without some indoor fun, Sunny Delighthouse includes access to Surftides Plaza’s indoors swimming pool and on-site game room—just in case the weather wants to keep you on your toes.



Step outside and you’re only one block from the sand; plus, several restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions are within a few minutes' drive, including Chinook Winds Casino. Whether you’re looking to unwind or just add a splash of joy to your week, Sunny Delighthouse delivers the kind of refresh you can’t pour from a bottle.

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. Check your check-in instructions for a code that will grant you access to our game room.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to the Guest's credit card.

Our stay was more than we had expected from the cleanliness of the condo to having communication with the property manager. The view was amazing. The easy beach access was perfect. Then being able to wind down in either the pool or game room was nice.

I rented the property because it had a hot tub, but it never said it was out of commission. I was very disappointed over that. We also were looking very forward to the balcony and it was nailed shut! These are things you should have listed on the web site so i had a choice to rent with a property under construction! I was disappointed to say the least. Im not sure if I would rent there again! I feel this all should have been disclosed before renting the property! Other than that it was ok. The 3rd floor is alot to carry to the top floor, would be nice if you had an elevator. The t.v in bedroom was not hooked to the cable. It should be. I think it would be nice if that small of a place had less furniture. Or take the chairs from the balcony you closed and put them somewhere else. I do wish my first experience with vrbo would have been better. I wouldnt recommend this property to anyone unless this property tried to make it right for such an inconvenience.
