Dried mastic / adhesive 9n the floow and the tub. Not sure the heat was working, but 100% exactly for sure oceanfront room, balcony to boot. Very easy access to the beach, and a beautiful beach at that. Hotel was pretty empty, so very quiet. Clean sheets and towels id stay there again.

The room was not clean, had peeling paint above the sliding glass door, the bathroom sink was all rusted and you never could get hot water. I would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone. The restaurant food was not good and way over priced.

Everything about this hotel experience was poor except being by the ocean. At check in the lady at the front counter wanted to carry on forever about recycled paper?!? I just wanted to get to my room because I've just drover for 3 hours (very annoying). The room was very low quality. The contractors that remodeled this hotel were clearly horrible. The box springs under the beds were collapsed. Things seemed to be falling apart. Lots of caulk patching gaps. Couldn't even see through the sliding glass door to balcony because it was so dirty and foggy due to the seal being broken. The floor lamp was rusting. No modern usb type plugs anywhere. Only two plugs between the beds and one being for the lamp that still uses an incandescent bulb - which gets very hot. Very outdated. Even still uses physical brass keys!! Oh - and the hot tub and sauna were out of service!!! Will NEVER stay here again!

We had clean sheets and towels but nothing else had been cleaned. Dirty table and floor. No toilet paper or coffee. I asked to have it cleaned the next day while we were out but they hadnt gotten to our room and we were gone for 5 hours. We ended up just asking for toilet paper and cleaned ourselves. Beds are hard... The front desk staff was nice and they have games to check out but Id be hard pressed to go back there.

The staff was terrific, the room was very clean. The location cannot be beat. It's an older motel next to the ocean. There's some wear and tear but overall I would recommend and stay there again.

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. However, the condition of our deck and the deck furniture needed attention, as the deck and the chairs were covered with pidgeon poop. The screen door fell off of the track on the first time we tried to open it. We tried many times to fix it, but to no avail. We just left the screen door off and set it aside. We were given two K-pod coffee cups for our entire stay of three days and would have liked to been asked if we needed more. We've stayed there many times before, but now there is the need for many small repairs and better cleaning.
