I went down a few minutes after arriving because I needed to see if they had a toiletry item and I waited for a while at the front desk and no staff was around at all. The breakfast had no gluten free options or anything without being full of sugar or carbs. The water pressure in the shower kept the water about 6 inches from the wall of the spout because it was so lacking and there were very few people staying there when I went.

You get what you pay for

Pool and hot tub weren’t working, offered for us to cancel, but that didn’t affect our stay. Room smelled of mildew, wasn’t cleaned well. Used tissue, toilet paper and bottle caps on floor. Beds were comfortable but pillows were flat. Chose this hotel because of the cheap price, so none of this was surprising

The staff was very nice & helpful. The beds were a little soft for us, but we do prefer a firmer mattress. The hotel is on 101 so we didnt expect pure quiet, so be prepared to hear some road sounds. Overall, it was a good stay & we would stay here again when in Lincoln City.

All of the staff I encountered were very pleasant. The breakfast was convenient and had a good variety of items along with the amenities. My room was clean and comfortable. Had plenty of pillows, but wished they were a little more firm. Overall had a great stay.

I appreciated being able to park in the lot before check in, so I could walk down to the beach for a while first. The room was ready when I was back, and I got to check in quite early. Wonderful after a long walk! Staff person was attentive and kind, room was large and well maintained. Will be back!

The Ashley Inn & Suites is in a prime location, walkable to coffee shops, stores, not too long of a walk down to the beach, and friendly and helpful Staff. Our room was pretty spacious, had a lot of tv channel options, I did really like the soap dispenser vs a small bar of soap that makes a mess all over the counter. There was a small couch in the room, but the couch was old and not very clean and our window had a lot mold on the bottom of it so it was not very clear when looking at the window. The hot tub was a huge reason we were excited to go away for the night, and even though it was nice and warm, it was full of foam (almost like way too much bubble bath), and had tons of blue chipping paint all over in it which was stuck all over us and in my daughter's hair as well once we left. The hot tub did not seem very clean, too much chlorine, which also caused skin/body irritation. I would only stay here again if the hot tub/pool area was renovated and felt cleaner, with no more chipping paint all over in it, and the correct amount of chlorine so it's not filling up with tons of dirty foam. The hotel does provide pool toys, some kids life jackets, and water wings which was appreciated for the pool.
