Front desk needs attention fast. You had a line out the door to check people in. The person I believe his name was Daniel needs to work on his people skills. Definitely needed a second person there to help. I never waited so long to check in somewhere. Also an extra $6 convenience fee upon check in. Not only unnecessary and petty but you have to have Daniel re explain the fee to everyone over and over. Just roll the stupid petty fee with the price of the hotel. Definitely a hard pass on this place

Nice room, not renovated. Very soft mattress. No daily housekeeping. Clean and very friendly. Free breakfast was basic but was a nice bonus.

Beach Trip - good overall stay

New to Ashley Inn and overall it was great! Comfy beds and quiet nights made it a pleasant stay. Breakfast could have been more but this did not deter from our good stay. We will definitely come back for our next trip!

We were sent to our rooms, one of them wasn’t ready - it was 20 minutes of standing outside the room waiting. We didn’t get Kleenex , the top sheet for the king bed was for a queen . The hotel was clean and the people were nice.

Nice place

I thought I booked a hotel closer to the beach, not in the middle of Lincoln City, but with the tsunami advisory -(which turned out to be really nothing for this area) a 3rd floor room up on the hill gave me peace of mind. Staff very attentive and friendly. Midweek breakfast was adequate - 2 working waffle makers was a plus... Indoor Pool was warm, hot tub hot, clean, maintenance responded quickly to lighting issue...this was a busy place.

The manager was super accommodating. Very kind and thoughtful offering to turn on the fire pit when we returned for the evening. Volunteering information without having to ask, like where is the ice machine etc.

Unfortunately, staying for 8 days I was told there would be NO maid service at all. Reason? Covid has returned! Really??? Everything else ran as normal, including buffet breakfast, no masks, etc. Disappointing to have a vacation where I am cleaning my own bathroom, taking out the garbage and making the bed. Not to mention, no way to clean floors, no cleanser to properly clean sinks/toilets. Only soap provided was in liquid dispensers at sink and shower, and was not really a soap. Absolutely NO lather at all after 6 or 7 pumps. Had to use shampoo to get any lather at all. Staff was nice, but facilities are older and somewhat worn.

Amazing time

This hotel was amazing. The building itself was in a gray location super quiet, laid-back and the beds were phenomenal to sleep in. I stayed in a king size bed and it was amazing. Had a lot of room to move around and the manager can’t remember his name. He’s on Night Shift Indian guys phenomenal absolutely amazing great Customer Service. I will definitely be back for this hotel due to the Customer Service and the complementary breakfast was amazing.

First off, the staff we interacted with were great! However, there were definitely some issues with the facility. The king-sized bed was very lumpy. The couch was dirty and smelled like urine. The breakfast didn’t offer any protein options. There were a couple other minor issues, but not worth mentioning.

The room was clean and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. However it felt like false advertising for the “hot breakfast” which consisted of powdered eggs and sausage. You have to request this in the back and they will bring you a plate. Very dissatisfied with that.
