The remote we had for our tv wasn’t even the remote that worked for that tv so had to wait for front desk to bring a new one up and there was a stain on our comforter. And when you walk in there’s an awful smell. Will not be going back.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Door was broken so I asked for a different room. Was extremely rude about asking to change. The rooms had bugs and roaches. There were stains and everything was dirty. The staff pounded on my door way before check.oit and I had my window cracked and she opened it and stuck her head in through the blinds. The lady at the front was horribly rude and someone tried opening my door while I was sleeping. Luckily I had my latched. DO NOT GO HERE! plus the pet fee said 10 and she said it's 17 not her problem. Fyi

The only thing good about this location was the friendly staff, other than that, I wish I had never stayed here. The hotel was probably the worst I have ever stayed in and I am not picky! We ended up leaving in the middle of the night, due to bugs in our bed, drug deals happening right outside our window, and the super unsafe surroundings. We felt like we were going to be trafficked or murdered with all the foot traffic coming and going inside the hotel from the door being propped open by someone living in the hotel to allow other people to come and go. And the smell...omg the smell!!! Worst way to start a vacation. Not sure how they are staying in business. Just don't stay here...trust me!

Beware.

The person at check in was fine, but the room was in horrible condition. There were stains and dirt everywhere. It was so bad I had to change hotels. I've never done that before, but it was beyond anything I could tolerate.

They promised “pet friendly” and said nothing about cats or dogs on the website. I get to the hotel at 11:50 at night and they tell me, for the first time, that they don’t allow cats.

This property is not recommended. The room needed basic maintenance such as painting touch-up on walls and doors, as well as securing mouldings. The bathroom sink had sitting water in the basin and did not drain. The toilet had limited water flow, and syringes were found in the toilet tank. The front desk clerk would not allow a refund but did provide a different room that met basic needs.

My room was super clean, the hotel alone is clean. the front desk staff are professional & kind. The Management, housekeepers, do a great job making sure that the rooms, hallways, surroundings, stays clean.. So yes! my stay was excellent. & I’m glad I made the right choice.

The Expedia app was terrible regardless the hotel staff made up for it bye helping out with my stay I booked a room for two males on Expedia and one has a handicap seat and thanks to the help of the hotel I was able to stay.

Interesting but good

Well there were a couple of interesting things that happened the first night that was taken care of later the next day. I appreciated the restroom shower walk in for me as i have a hard time getting in and out of tubs.

Not so goo! Handy is all it is!

Fairly clean. Need new sheets. Threadbare and no elasticity left in the fitted sheet. Restaurant consisted of a bar with about 6 stools and 3 booths . Pizza only although their menus suggests a full menus! Never will stay again! Oh and had to move to 2nd room due to malfunctioning smoke detector. Lucky to have a room key that worked after getting 2! Very much a case of false advertising!
