This is the best place I have stayed at this year. And I have stayed in over 2 dozen motels this year. This will be our go to motel from now on when we stay in Lincoln.

Our room was clean and updated. Breakfast was great with a good variety! The staff always keeps the breakfast area clean and well stocked. We continue to come back to Annabell Gardens because of these things. The only complaint I would have is if you have multiple people showering, be sure to spread it out or you will run out of hot water.

It was very near the surgical center where we had an early morning appointment. The suite was wonderful with a separate area for watching TV & a full kitchen. And we were able to come back after the appointment & have breakfast
