Bedding was dirty. Walls had a bunch of stains. Wall panel was loose and shook everytime I plugged anything in. Tv remote did not work. Fan in bathroom was loud and didnt seem to work. Lobby front doors were broken and ledt open so it was super cold there, it was 2° outside! Front counter lady waw super nice. I was ready to find a different hotel but was only staying one night so thats the only reason i stayed

Breakfast was horrific. Egg rounds were stuck to bottom of pan and hard and brittle. Nothing to drink. Juice machine broken. Bread left out and was hard and stale. This was each day and they did nothing about it. Also mouse traps under eating tables were unappetizing.

The whole entire building felt like 30 degrees including the lobby breakfast and rooms. Breakfast was horrible the eggs tasted like rubber the syrup leaking everywhere the food cold and.never saw any employee from the time we checked in. Would not recommend this place ir ever stay here again. I would recommend a full refund because it was horrible.

There was no sugar at the coffee or breakfast area for four days, a bottle of honey so old it laid on its side for 3 day wo pooling none of the staff bothered to stand it up or throw it away. A broken heater in the stairwell was untouched with parts lying on the floor for our entire stay. .

This hotel is near the airport, which is great! However, we stayed in Room 134 and were greeted with a profanity written in sharpie on the nightstand. The heating unit was partially dislodged from the wall, exposing us to a strong draft. The facilities seemed outdated and dirty in some places. We were too tired after a long day of travel to hassle with requesting another room, but we were really disappointed with this experience and would not recommend it.
