Our home is served by electric baseboard heating, mini splits and supplemental electrical space heaters. The mini split units provide heat and AC. They are in the upstairs bedroom, middle bedroom, living room/kitchen and master bedroom. These are operated with the remotes in each room. The downstairs bedroom is cool in the summer months and served by electric heating in the winter.

I would start with the welcome letter giving the actual unit #, there are 4 units and we didn't know which one, only the building number was given. The photo showing the door is not the actual unit. Needs to be better instructions on using the heating system, may include a diagram in your book. It was October and nights were cool and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on. Other than that everything else was good, clean and comfortable.
