Step inside this newly constructed third-floor condo, where historic character meets contemporary design. You`ll find an open, airy space with fine finishes, quartz countertops, and vibrant decor.

Living & Entertainment: Relax on two comfortable blue velvet couches (one converts to a queen sleeper). Enjoy movie nights on the 65” Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, and Chromecast, or set the mood with the Bose Bluetooth sound system.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless steel appliances and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee. Gather for meals at the dining table for four.

Bedroom: Unwind in the private bedroom, where you’ll find a plush king bed with a semi-firm, cooling memory-foam mattress, a 65” Smart TV, blackout curtains for those who prefer total darkness, and an en-suite walk-in closet for added convenience.

Dedicated Workspace: A dedicated desk area and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to work remotely before exploring the city.

Convenience: An in-unit washer and dryer with detergent is provided, perfect for more extended stays.

You will have exclusive access to the entire condo during your stay. You are also welcome to use the building`s shared rooftop terrace, complete with lounge seating, a TV, and city views.

Walkable Attractions: You`re just 2 blocks from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) campus, the Lied Center for Performing Arts, and the historic Haymarket District. Memorial Stadium is an easy 8-minute walk away.

Dining & Coffee: Lincoln`s best dining, shopping, and nightlife are right outside your door. For ultimate convenience, The Mill Coffee & Tea is located on the first floor of the building.

With such a central location, many guests enjoy walking, scootering, or using Uber to get around. If you are driving, the easiest and most convenient option for parking is the Que Place Garage, a city-operated garage located just one block north at 11th & Q Street that offers hourly and daily rates.

Families: Families are welcome! A Pack ’n Play is available for those traveling with little ones. Please note the space is not fully “childproofed” for toddlers.

City Living: As this is a downtown building, please expect occasional city noise from traffic, events, or nearby construction.

Amenities: Please note that advertised amenities may be unavailable during your stay due to Allo Fiber service issues, seasonal closures, weather conditions, or HOA maintenance/limitations. While these factors are outside our control, please note that refunds are not provided for unavailable amenities.

Mid-Stay Cleaning: To ensure your stay remains fresh and comfortable. This service includes fresh linens, towels, and restocking of essentials to keep your home-away-from-home feeling just right.

*Stays under 14 nights: Optional mid-stay cleaning available upon request for $90.

*Stays of 14 nights or longer: A mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for $115.
• The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age.

• No smoking, illegal drugs, or firearms anywhere on the property, including the rooftop deck. If smoking occurs indoors, a minimum $300 cleaning fee will be applied. This fee covers service charges and ozone generator use and does not limit the host’s right to charge for additional damages if required.

• Guests are welcome to cook; however, excessive or lingering cooking odors (including strong spices, oils, smoke, or food smells) that remain after checkout and require additional deodorizing or deep cleaning will result in a minimum $150 additional cleaning fee to prepare the home for the next guest.

• The Lincoln noise ordinance requires all music and loud noise to cease by 10:00 PM. Additionally, per Airbnb policy, parties and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed — no exceptions. Please be respectful of neighbors.

• We reserve the right to deny bookings from local guests. If you are local, please message us prior to booking to discuss your stay.

• No candles inside or outside the home.

• Early or late check-out may be available, subject to availability and prior approval.
