charming though slightly lacking in some areas

I really wish there was an in-room coffee pot. There were instant coffee packets and an electric kettle, but it’s just not the same. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were SO soft that your head would just sink to the bed all night. We were so sore when we woke up! There was a painting of a woman on the wall that seemed to be staring down on the bed (that was super creepy) and corn cobs on the curtains and wallpaper for some added charm. We especially loved how close it was to the venue, how easy it was to get to and from, and how The Graduate was so centrally located that we could walk to and from the venues and other areas for food & shopping.

The bed was comfortable. The balcony had broken glass under the table, there was a broken chair on the side of the balcony, weeds were growing on the balcony, it looked like mold was growing on the balcony. The carpet by both doors needed to be stretched badly. No extra toilet paper or plastic glasses for water. The ice machine area needed updated. The carpet and elevators needed updated.

Clean and cozy with fun decor! Staff were very friendly as well. We had a neat view of Memorial Stadium as well. We would stay again next time we are in Lincoln!

We love the Graduate. Perfect for walking to the Haymarket area. Great food and drinks at the Single Barrel onsite. Makenna at the front desk was fantastic!

Loved the rooms the retro design was great. We had a hard time trying to find a place to park to check in to our room since there were 4 huge buses parked in the loading zone. Disappointed that we had to pay for parking you would think that would be part of your staying at there hotel.
