It is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a twin with lower mattress and crib. Bedroom #2 and #3 each have a queen size bed. Enjoy a very peaceful & relaxing atmosphere.

Property is part of a quad-plex. Main level is nice open concept area that allows for a great space to hang out with the family. The space was even decorated with a Christmas tree. Bedrooms are very comfortable. The whole unit was very clean and in good repair.

Communication with the host was very good. The home was VERY well stocked! The kitchen had everything you would need and a wonderful collection of kids books and family games in the living room. It was a great location for us and a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in a great location

This was a perfect home for my family of adults. The location is in a safe quiet neighborhood. My adult kids loved that it was within walking distance of a Target with a Starbucks. We sat outside in the backyard at night and it was very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean and we had everything we needed to make meals. I can't think of anything I would change about this VRBO!

Amazing place and perfect for kids

Exceeded our expectations! We were travelling with two small children and this property was perfect. They had a pack-and-play, high chair, toddler/kid bed, and even a basket of children's books! Super convenient. But yet the feel was still perfect for adults as well. We were able to get the kids to bed and watch movies as adults in the evenings. Kitchen was phenomenal as well. Excellent location right next to shopping and a Runza as well!!

We had a wonderful week in Lincoln visiting family. The villa was, super inviting, clean, and convient to everything in Lincoln. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had the necessary pots, pans and utensils for cooking meals every night during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
