Cobwebs in the downstairs bathroom, fireplace out of order, Netflix did not work for most of our stay and pots and pans had to be washed before use.

The photos of the condo were not misleading, however the air conditioner was not operational. I specifically looked for an air conditioned condo, so that was disappointing. The gas grill did not operate correctly either, and would not go above 300f. Kitchen shears were broken and the outdoor table was tossed in the woods behind the condo when we arrived.

Literally Cozy in the Woods

We were a family of 7 on vacation and this condo was perfect. It was clean and filled with every amenity possible. The beds were super comfy which is rare and the condo was conveniently located to the Ice Castles and downtown Woodstock and Lincoln. We also did the Cog railway which was 45 minutes North. Pros: Clean, location, condo was stocked, perfectly designed and comfortable for 7 adultsCons: We got mixed up with parking which caused a big of a snag so read the diagram on the front door carefully (we did not!)

Less than 3 minutes to South Peak! Clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, kids loved the bunk room, quiet with great views…we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

Family ski trip

Perfectly cozy and spacious! We all loved this house. Common space was perfect and the bedrooms were all large. Plenty of sleeping for a large group. Location was great. 5 minutes to town & skiing. We had a great time. Totally recommend it. Property manager had good communication but I gave a 3. I had sent two private messages to the owner. Replies took a long time. But this place is great!
