Hosting two bedrooms; a double with futon, and a double with bunk beds, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, and an open-plan sitting, kitchen and dining area, along with a utility. To the outside is off-road parking for 3/4 cars, and a lawned area, decking with hot tub, furniture and barbecue. As well as an outdoor fridge. Resting in a woodland setting with an abundance of charm, Sunset Lodge is a heart-warming retreat in a peaceful part of England. Please note: We only offer the following breaks. 7 nights, Monday to Monday, 7 nights Friday to Friday, 3 nights Friday to Monday, 4 nights mid week Mon to Friday. Note: The WiFi is the park's own and can be intermittent at times

There is a 60 acre water skiing and wakeboarding lake, a 45 acre jet skiing lake, a 9 hole golf course, four lakes covering all aspects of coarse fishing, two bars, one with lake views, a restaurant, children's play area and on site supermarket. Lincoln is within easy travelling distance, with its cathedral, castle and shopping.
