A bit tired looking Staff very busy and rushed off their feet. An incident required security only one manager dealing - felt bad for him dealing with a drunk who was not a guest luckily a couple of guests backed up manager. Bed very comfortable

Great location. However our bathroom sink was slow to drain. The taps were either full on our low flow. The toilet got blocked and we had to use the toilets in reception!

Great location with free parking as a bonus

Pros: Location, parking, breakfast.
Cons: Bathroom cleaning.
Location: Adjacent to cathedral, close to castle and restaurants.
No complaints except that the cleaning of the bathroom could be a bit more thorough.

Good hotel in excellent location

Only gripe was chaotic breakfast arrangements. Poached eggs did not come with toast - this had to be done separately in a very slow toaster, so eggs were cold when toast was finally ready! It didn't help that eggs were also served on a cold plate.
