Come stay at The Loft by Loon in Lincoln, NH! Professionally renovated 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Loft with contemporary charm. The Loft is spacious and cozy, ideal for 1-5 guests with coded, private entry and free parking. Excellent location to Loon Mountain Resort, walk to everything downtown or explore trails along the Kancamagus Highway in the Pemigewasset Wilderness! *Now on the Shuttle route to Loon*

The Loft is a private, upstairs apartment ideal for any outdoor enthusiast, remote worker, or even simply getting out of your current home and going somewhere new to hang out and lounge. Everything has been updated in this almost 1000 square foot space and all appliances and fixtures are brand new but I kept some of the rustic charm and relics. The furniture is also new including a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Full pullout futon in the Living Room area. Also I ask for the opportunity to remedy any problem that occurs during your stay and ask you to contact me directly rather than give a negative review- I am a licensed Realtor in the area and want you to have the best experience possible, maybe even potentially help you buy your very own White Mountain property!

This space is kid friendly with games, toys, coloring and books but please keep the fire escape gated off. Both sets of stairs and railings have been brought up to code.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from White Mountain National Forest. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the apartment.

This unit was very clean so if that’s what you’re interested in it’s good. Unfortunately the couch and the bed were not at all comfortable and there’s only a couch a bed and 4 dining room chairs so not a great place to relax after returning from your activities. The unit had construction going on downstairs that was very loud. We contacted the owner and she offered us a sound machine and ear plugs. We think we should have been contacted ahead to decide if we would want to cancel or not. She did offer a small refund not sure how much yet. But we left a day early between the construction and uncomfortable furniture we were unhappy. Also the unit was very clean but the yard was a mess and the fire pit was filled with junk and not really usable. They also expect you to take the trash to the local dump to dispose when you’re leaving which I didn’t feel was appropriate since you’re paying for a daily rate the trash removal should be included.

Was not what we expected I fell on the stairway outside. The lower couple stairs are a different height than the rest which caused me to get tripped up then as i cameDown on the mat (covered with leaves) the ground is severely uneven leading to meCompletely lose my footingUncomfortable with the access to the stairway to the downstairs Just fyi the handsoap in bathroom was watered down then ran out

Sarah’s space was set up perfectly for a hiking weekend. Very comfortable, tasteful, and spotlessly clean. Would be a great spot for a ski weekend.

Friendly host, comfortable quarters for 3 people

I got everything I needed (clean bathroom, fresh linens, clean towels, oven & stove, fridge, microwave, pots & pans, plates and silverware, tv with working apps, AC in July). Note: no washer/dryer available. The only thing that surprised me was the curtain covering the stairway to bottom level. I had not realized that my unit was connected to the first floor (no door between them).

Super close mountain stay!

Property was really close to the mountain and downtown food and shops. Perfect for a couple or small family (kids on futon). Host was super easy to work with and they allow pets, we were happy to have our dog with us!!

Great trip to Lincoln, NH

Excellent base camp for mountain adventures! Close to Loon Mountain and other ski resorts as well as hiking trails. Easy access to Lincoln and Woodstock. Property was well maintained and clean. Great communications by host and easy check in / check out process.

Great Location/Wonderful Host

We are a family of 4 (5 if you include our dog who joined us). The description of the home is accurate, and Sarah is the perfect host. She answered all questions that we had ahead of time and also while we were there. For the dog, there was a dog bed, a bone and a water dish--there was even an extra collar and leash just in case you forgot something! We enjoyed our time and will be back again.

Great location

The loft was extremely clean and was nicely decorated. The location was convenient - close to restaurants, shops, a grocery store and gas stations, but it was also nearby to some very beautiful mountain scenery and hikes. Communication with the owner was excellent- she was helpful, informative and very responsive.
