Queen bed with fresh linens; living area with TV and a decorative fireplace (not for use). Lost River, a cozy one-bedroom riverside cabin, sits directly on the banks of the Pemigewasset River. This rustic retreat provides a peaceful escape surrounded by the natural beauty of the White Mountains.

The cabin accommodates up to two guests and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

One queen-sized bed with fresh linens, curtains, and shades for restful sleep. Guests often enjoy nature’s own “sound machine” - the calming river just outside.

**Bathroom:**

Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

Comfortable living space with cable TV and a decorative fireplace (not for use). Lost River is equipped with heat for year-round comfort. While there is no air conditioning, fans are available on demand to keep you cool in warmer months.

**Screened-In Porch with River View:**

Private screened-in porch directly overlooking the river, complete with a table and chairs - perfect for a riverside dinner, morning coffee, or evening relaxation.

**Kitchenette:**

Equipped with a mini fridge, stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware and utensils for meal preparation. Guests also have access to our outdoor communal charcoal grills and picnic areas.
