The Space:
Located right at the base of South Peak, this luxury-style condo is the ideal space for a getaway. Enjoy the home's open-plan living space and take in the mountain views from the unit's private patio. This two-bedroom space sleeps 6 people comfortably with a queen bed in the master loft and two full beds in the guest room. Rejuvenate after a day of hiking or skiing in the two beautiful full bathrooms while taking in the views from the master bathroom shower window. The home features a full kitchen, completely stocked with all kitchen appliances and necessities. Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains, while sipping on coffee from the complimentary coffee bar!

If you're visiting to ski, you’ll love this unbeatable location, just a 5-minute walk to the brand-new Timbertown Chairlift, offering direct access to South Peak’s newest trails. Guests also enjoy complimentary shuttle service to and from Loon Mountain’s base areas, along with convenient ski storage. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the resort’s heated indoor pool or soak your muscles in the hot tub!

In the warmer months, this location is just as ideal. You're within walking distance to Lincoln’s best restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the scenic J.E. Henry Walking Trail that runs alongside the Pemigewasset River. A popular local swimming hole is just steps away, perfect for a refreshing dip on a summer day. Set at the base of the private South Peak neighborhood, it’s also a great spot for a peaceful walk through the area’s newly developed trails and streets, surrounded by stunning Adirondack-style homes and mountain views.

Getting Around:
Guests have access to free parking in the large parking lot located at the resort. During the winter months, the resort provides guests with shuttle service, to and from the Loon Mountain and South Peak bases. This shuttle can be reserved at the Front Desk at the Resort.

The town of Lincoln also offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping, and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $6/person. Please note, this shuttle service is Cash Only. Information on how to reserve this shuttle is listed in the Welcome Book located at the home.
