A very warm welcome to our beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the town of Lincoln. Boasting 3 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation, this cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering. Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling.


As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This cottage has 3 bedrooms plus double sofa bed in the living area and can sleep 7 however this will incur an extra cost of £ 50 per person per night.(Please contact host if this is required)

Second floor A bedroom, you will find a large double bed.
First floor B bedroom, you will find a double bed.
First floor C bedroom , you will find a single bed.
Ground floor, Available Double Sofa bed in the living area however we would need to know prior to booking if this is to used .

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is on the lower floor with a shower ,sink & toilet.
The second bathroom is located on the middle floor with a shower ,sink & toilet.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3p.m and Check out is 10.00a.m
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are up to 2 parking spaces available at the property access from Lilly's Road
- Pets are allowed at the property for a small charge of £15 per pet payable pre stay.

This cottage offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
