Our luxurious master bedroom features a plush king-size bed adorned with premium Wallace Cotton linen, ensuring a restful slumber. For your convenience, both bedside tables are equipped with phone chargers.

Bedroom Two is perfect for younger guests, ( or a single adult), featuring a cozy king single bed, a selection of books, and a variety of toys to keep them entertained. You`ll also find puzzles stored in the chocolate ottoman.

We take pride in providing a fully functional and well-equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, and dishwasher. Should you need to do laundry during your stay, the washing machine and washing liquid are located in a bathroom cupboard.

To ensure your comfort, we have installed a wall-mounted heat pump/aircon unit in the main living room, and ample storage is available to keep your living space tidy.

Our interior is tastefully decorated to a high standard, featuring beautiful artwork and a selection of books for you to peruse. As a special treat, we offer complimentary snacks and drinks upon your arrival because we understand the importance of a good snack and refreshing beverage after a long journey.

We also provide a variety of tea and coffee options, and we`re happy to accommodate all milk preferences, including oat and almond milk. Simply let us know your preference before your arrival, and we`ll have it waiting for you in the fridge.

Willow Tree Cottage has the best of both worlds, sitting on a beautiful 4-hectare block yet only 2 minutes` drive from Lincoln Township for a morning espresso. It`s also only a 2-minute drive to the start of the bike track to Little River.
There is plenty of room for camper vans, and we are a 50 minute from beautiful Akaroa.

There are a few important things to keep in mind. Firstly, it is possible for travel delays and cancellations to occur due to sickness, bereavement, injury or weather. To ensure you are protected, it is always recommended to purchase Travel Insurance when travelling domestically or internationally.

It`s important to note that we have two dogs and two cats that also call Blackwood House home.

Breach of this rule may result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
Only the number of guests confirmed on the booking are allowed to stay at the cottage. Maximum occupancy three paying guests.

Wedding Preparations
Willowtree Cottage can, by prior arrangement, accommodate small bridal parties preparing for their wedding day. This use must be discussed and confirmed with us in advance of booking.

Please note, the cottage is not suitable for large wedding groups or pre-groom preparations.
PLEASE RESPECT OUR SEPTIC AND ONLY DEPOSIT SMALL AMOUNTS OF TOILET PAPER DOWN THE LOO - NO OTHER PRODUCTS.

Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required post stay.
Please treat this like your home and leave the cottage the way you found it.

Checkout is by 10am. Please note that late checkouts are not available during the busy summer months or once your stay has commenced.

As a guest of this cottage, you'll find a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
