Lone Star Lodge - Newly Renovated Studio

Welcome to the newly renovated Lone Star Lodge! This one bedroom, studio style apartment, is perfect for a romantic getaway, a small family or someone just looking to relax! Located overlooking Penobscot Bay, the lodge offers everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay, while boasting a brand new kitchen, dining area, and bathroom!

Though the Lodge is small, it is mighty! Every space has been carefully considered for maximum functionality. Come enjoy the summer in Maine at Lone Star Lodge!

Lone Star Lodge is perched on a hill on Shore Road, overlooking the bay. Beach access can be found along Shore Road within a 5-10 minute walk or a 1-2 minute drive. The driveway is quite steep and allows for one parking spot.

Upon arrival, you’ll notice a large white house - the Lodge is located on the lower level and does not require accessing any stairs. A lockbox allows for convenient entry anytime of day or night.

Once inside you’ll notice the kitchen area to the left, bar/dining area straight ahead, and the living room/sleep area to the right. Beyond that you’ll find a beautiful bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a stackable washer and dryer in the closet close by. Truly everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal, or enjoy takeout from one of the local restaurants. A “coffee corner” ensures a fresh cup is available to sit on the day bed or the outdoor swing, and watch the sailboats float by!

The sleeping area contains a spacious king sized bed and a day bed that can turn into a twin bed and contains a trundle bed underneath. There is also plenty of storage to fully unpack and feel at home!

Outside there are Adirondack chairs for your use, an outdoor chair swing and beach chairs if needed! As this is a new rental we absolutely welcome any and all feedback!

Guests have access to the studio as well as the porch swing in the front. Also there are Adirondack chairs for guests to use in front of the house!

Guests do not have access to the gardens, stairs up to the gardens or the patio or the upper unit.

I follow my guest’s lead - you won’t see me unless you need me!

This property is located on the bottom level of a larger home - please do not use the stone steps through the garden and please do not access the porch on the upper level.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Lincolnville apartment is smoke free.
