Located in a quiet apartment building on the first floor (with elevator), you will find a spacious, bright, and modernly furnished holiday home with laminate flooring. The apartment features an entrance area with wardrobe, a combined living and dining room with a bright fitted kitchenette, bedroom, balcony, and bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.



In the living/dining area, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, radio, and DVD player provide entertainment. The separate, spacious bedroom offers a double bed with two separate mattresses (200 x 90 cm). The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge (without freezer), dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and mixer. A hairdryer is also available. From spring to autumn, the southwest-facing balcony is a peaceful spot for sunbathing, reading, and relaxing.
