Cozy Holiday Apartment Hotz near the Lindau Golf Club with Mountain View

The Hotz holiday apartment is located in Lindau, in the Niederhaus district, and is only 5 km (about a 10-minute drive) from Lindau Island and Lake Constance. The Lindau Golf Club, one of the most beautiful courses in Europe, is just a 10-minute walk away. Another golf course is only a 10-minute drive away in Bad Schachen. The apartment accommodates 6 people and features three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed.



The modern accommodation offers a cozy living area with a sofa and satellite TV, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a separate guest WC. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, stove with oven, and a fridge-freezer. Wi-Fi is available. A sunny south-facing balcony with garden furniture and a sunshade invites you to relax.



A supermarket with its own bakery and snack bar can be reached in about 5 minutes by car (2.5 km). The nearest inn is a 4-minute drive away. The Gitzenweiler Hof campsite with restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlor, and beer garden is only a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is an ideal starting point for visiting numerous attractions in the border triangle of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, as well as for cycling tours and trips to the nearby Alpine region. A bus stop is located nearby, and with the visitor’s tax you can use Lindau’s local transport free of charge.



Bed linen and towels are included. A carport or garage is available for your car, and there is also a bicycle storage area. Pets are not allowed.
