The 80 m² apartment features a spacious terrace with Mediterranean plants and outdoor furniture, a bright living room, a new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with a large double bed, light solid wood and rattan furniture, a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate WC. Perfect for 2 people. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a private parking space at the house are included.



Our apartment is located in the romantic green belt of Lindau, surrounded by ponds, forests, and moraine hills, just 3 km from the charming Lindau island and the beautiful blue Lake Constance. The picturesque Weissenberger Weiher is 1.1 km away. From here, you can follow scenic hiking and cycling trails with wonderful viewpoints to the lake and into the idyllic countryside. Ideal for cyclists, hikers, and anyone looking to reconnect with themselves.



With the guest card, you can use the air-conditioned city bus as often as you like without searching for parking by the lake. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away and offers half-hourly service to all Lindau districts, including the historic island, lakeshore, and villa quarter. Connections to the train and regional buses are available.



By car, you can quickly reach Bregenz, Pfänder, Switzerland with the Appenzell region, and many other attractions around Lake Constance and in the Allgäu. Travel times are between 20 and 60 minutes.



Good to know: Non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. The apartment has steps, a higher bathtub, low bed height, and a low futon bed for children and teens in the living room. It is not suitable for seniors or guests with disabilities.
