Guests will have full access to the entire property including home, private dock, screened-in porch, and garage with parking for two vehicles. Guests may use tandem kayaks, life jackets, fishing gear, and water floats!

The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal. All food waste must go in the trash instead.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Dock: Ensure Wet Steps are up, lily pad (if used) is rolled up and secured to the dock, all items are returned to the dock locker. Dock Locker is locked and key returned to the house.
Please return the garage door opener to the table at the top of the stairs in the garage. If the remote is not returned, a $100 fee will be charged for replacement.
Includes locking dock locker, exterior door to screen-in porch, and front door. Please make sure the garage door is closed upon leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No fireworks allowed
Boats: There is room around the dock for up 3 boats. The slip is not available for use. Boat trailers would use up one of 3 parking spots.
We cannot be accountable for issues we’re not aware of. Unreported issues will not be addressed at checkout or after you return home.
