Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked gourmet kitchen complete with a 6-burner gas range, microwave, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, and all the tools you’ll need to whip up and serve everything from a country breakfast to a five-course feast.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please gather garbage and drop it in the green bin outside the main gates. You’ll find extra trash bags beneath the kitchen sink.
Please turn the thermostat to 79 in the summer months and 65 in the winter months upon departure.

We came for Parents Weekend at Tarleton State University and didnt want to stay in town due to the amount of people expected for the weekend. The property and home is beautiful and an easy drive to Stephenville. We will definitely be back next time we visit our daughter!

Barndiminium For any 1 person/ppl the barndiminium in Lipan Tx. is a Great start to your journey!Hosts are responsive/tentative by text or call for any special needs or advice to property/local tourist attractions! Fully equipped kitchen exceeded me and my girlfriends expectations 😍. And the tranquil/peaceful experience of there property left us w a memorable experience forever! Overall A Wonderful experience!!!
