Upstairs, there is a bedroom with direct access to the panoramic terrace and another bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The annex has its own entrance, living area, bedroom, and bathroom with shower. The house has been carefully restored, preserving original Sicilian Liberty-style floors and ceilings. Amenities include TV, video on demand, fan, dedicated workspace, and 1 cot. Sea view.
Outside, enjoy the private garden with fruit trees, accessible from the ground floor.
