Es tut uns leid, dass die Rezeption davon nichts mitbekommen hat, da sie unseren Servicetechniker sofort unterstützen oder entsenden würde. In Bezug auf Zimmer 110 waren wir zu den Daten, in denen Sie sich befanden, voll besetzt. Im Zimmer gab es einen kleinen Schaden, für den wir erklärt haben, dass er von einem Gast verursacht wurde, der kurz vor dem Einchecken ausgecheckt hatte. Trotz unseres Willens, Ihr Zimmer zu wechseln, war es uns aufgrund der vollen Belegung nicht möglich, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Wir freuen uns, Sie in Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!
