Welcome to the Landes region and enjoy the gentle Gascon way of life. Gîte adjoining the owner's house on the ground floor, comprising: a kitchen/living room/lounge area, a small bedroom (8.10 m² - 1 double bed), a shower room/toilet. Equipment: Dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer combination, electric barbecue, TV, Wi-Fi, electric heating, reversible air conditioning in the veranda (washing machine available upon request). Bed linens, towels, and household linens are available for rental, but can be reserved with the owner. Outdoors: Fenced grounds, Garden furniture, Courtyard, Shared swimming pool (5m x 10m) with the owners, 1 to 2.20 m deep, secured by an alarm and open from April to September, weather permitting. Terrace. 2,500 m² of land with private area. Gîte in the village. Cycle paths at the foot of the gîte. Close to the N10 (low noise).
