The location was spot on! The toilet and bathroom are 6 star. The hostel is not advertised enough. The staff are helpful and the bedding as well as the towel are sparkling. The hostel is located in the high street avenue of Lisbon. All transportation services are a nearby! Restaurants and shops are also around it. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

This place has a wonderful rooftop. We were in a suite. but every time the guys from the youth football team next door opened or closed the door it reflected into our room in a loud noise and since they are youth, it was all night long. Also the smells from the lower vents of the hostel were pushing all the nasty smells straight into our room via the shower.

I liked this hostel but a couple things were not ideal. In the women’s bathroom on my floor there was never soap to wash your hands. I also kind of wished there was an all female floor instead of just designated rooms. Overall this was a nice and clean hostel to stay in!

The lockers underneath the beds need to be fixed especially since so many people have already mentioned it. The bathrooms have a bad odour even right after the cleaners are done cleaning. Overall, the service was good. I would recommend this hostel to other travellers.
