It is a lovely, small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived after midnight due to flight delays, and I really appreciated that the receptionist was there waiting for me. My room was clean and exactly as described. I particularly loved the character and authenticity of the building. There was only one issue I'd like to mention: a strong, stale smell in the room upon arrival. It did improve after I opened the window and ran the air conditioning, and by the third day, I hardly noticed it. While my room didn't have a kitchen (which was clear when I booked), I made good use of the microwave, fridge, kettle, and cutlery in the shared kitchenette. I would also suggest adding more accessible power sockets. There are plenty in the room, but they are all quite low or hidden behind furniture, making it difficult to charge gadgets. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent-right opposite the Parliament building and close to many shops and restaurants. Thank you to the team for taking such good care of me!

Absolutely marvelous . The hospitality was beautiful. If you wanna stay in old town, Lisbon this is the hotel you wanna stay in. The amenities are phenomenal. You’re within feet away from old town, restaurants, pubs, shops…. Parking is not included, but they do have a parking garage that you can pay for per each day that you need to park that parking garage is within 50 yards of the hotel. Sidenote, when you come to Portugal rent a small car otherwise you will find yourself not being able to move around in the country, towns, and city.

This was one of the best, if not THE BEST hotel apartment we've experienced anywhere in Europe. We booked the Superior Apartment - it was HUGE, beautiful, cozy, modern, spotless clean with wonderful views. We loved the location, residential but with so many eating options around and the real portugese night life. Check-in process was perfectly smooth. Great communication prior as well. Highly recommend!

The room was gorgeous! The hotel is centrally located so I could get around effortlessly. The staff are so incredibly kind. Unfortunately I ended up getting hospitalized during my stay and missed my flight. I was able to book another night and they made sure my room was ready as soon as I got out of the hospital instead of having to wait until normal check-in hours. The hotel is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. 100000/10 you should definitely book a room here!

Lovely room, beautifully decorated and a great size. The host was very kind and helpful. The room was charming, very comfortable and pristine. Quality toiletries and linens. The only downside was we chose this accommodation as the listing said there were laundry facilities and a dryer. This wasn't true - there was a laundromat nearby, but plenty of places have a laundromat nearby. No appliances to wash or dry clothes in our accommodation, which was an inconvenience. Otherwise we loved our stay.
