The lower floor comprises the living room, dining room and a pleasant reading area. There is a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

Still on the lower floor, there is access to the office, which can be a private space, as it has an independent entrance and exit to the street and garden.

The studio consists of a kitchen/living room (sofa bed), and on the mezzanine there is a double bed and a bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor, which is accessed by stairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom.

2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and the master bedroom with a king size bed and sea views.

Guests have full access to all areas of the house.

Considered one of the 49 pre-finalists of the 7 Wonders of Portugal, in the Villages category, Penedo is still considered one of the most traditional villages in Sintra, possibly the most traditional of all.

Just over 50 minutes from Lisbon, Penedo is located in the Serra de Sintra, in the middle of Sintra Natural Park.

Penedo preserves some old-style houses, with whitewashed walls and even a bandstand, giving it that typical Portuguese village look

Being located at the top of one of the slopes of Sintra, it allows visitors to take an adventurous walk through the steep and labyrinthine streets and alleys, among which the visit to the source in the center of the village stands out.

Penedo crowns one of the slopes of Sintra, so when exploring the paths and alleys of this village, it is possible to glimpse the Atlantic Ocean and Praia das Maçãs.

The best way to get around Penedo is by bike, on foot or by car. Parking on the street is a bit conditioned, as the streets are steep and narrow.

A intermediate cleaning is required for reservations of 10 nights or longer. This cleaning as an additional cost of €€100.
