What a house! We were 11 guests, all in town for a conference held in Estoril. We enjoyed the pool and the common space area. Rooms were comfortable. The house had all the necessary equipment, including a grill. I met at least two different property managers - both were lovely women. Location is excellent, especially if you are looking for something not too close to the beach but within comfortable walking distance. There is a major grocery store 7 minutes walking distance from the house, a small Spar market just across the street, and a handy small shop selling fresh produce around the corner from the house. The amenities - the main house had all the necessary equipment, including a stove, oven, Nespresso machine, pots and pans, and plenty of plates and glasses to accommodate a large group.Some of the guests staying at the pool house and sharing rooms chose to use the upper (loft) quarters for sleep comfort - we found clean bed linen enough to accommodate that. There were plenty of towels, too, and a laundry room was a bonus. All in all, we had a lovely stay.
