The whole holiday was great.The House is set in a beautiful area on the side of a hill with a lovely outlook to the sea. It is a quick walk to the sea, lovely sandy beaches, long coastal promenade and good local supermarkets, although it is quite a steep walk back. Uber were also reliable and cheap.The house was very clean and welcoming and was just as advertised. It is modern yet cosy with plenty of room for our family group of 8. The beds are very comfortable and the whole house is well stocked with towels and robes etc. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked for 8 people.The layout of the rooms, sliding glass doors, sizable balcony, steps to garden and pool is well thought out. We loved the heated pool which was warm, clean and of a good size.Maria our host gave us excellent information for our stay.Sintra is a cheap, easy bus ride away and Cascais is an enjoyable walk or train trip away.I would thoroughly recommend this house.

Amazing location with amazing views. Manager of the house super responsive and helpful. Couple of small things to improve on: need hand towels to wash and dry face, need paper towels (at least the first installment) to wipe off counters, and a wine opener. Otherwise, just a superb overall experience. Highly recommend this place.

Holiday for a family wedding

From start to finish communication was excellent- this was an ideal property for an 86 year old my daughter, boy friend and 10 month old baby and my nephew - loads of space everything you needed - loads of toys for the baby pool was fab. Would highly recommend - the walk from the beach is a bit of a climb and not suitable for the elderly - however Uber’s were fantastic and used regularly thank you so much we had a fabulous time

Lovely House but the construction noise is a problem !

The house and pool are lovely - we had some teething problems with the fridge and toilet but nothing to be concerned about ! However there are 2 major construction sites opposite the house which are operational from 8am to 5pm - there is alot of noise all day long and if I had known in advance I would definitely have chosen another property. I know this is unfair on the owners of the house who can do nothing about it but it is better to know and make an informed decision. The host Maria was excellent and very responsive.

Great host, location, and view.

We are a family of 4, and we thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool and the easy access to Estoril center, Cascais, Sintra, and Lisbon. Maria is a terrific host, and this was the perfect house for our stay in the area. We highly recommend!!!

Perfect location in Estoril

Maria was excellent to connect with - very responsive, friendly and helpful. Good local suggestions. The house is comfortable and well organized (two upstairs bedrooms; one on main floor), with parking for one car, plus street parking. It has a lovely view south from the deck to the ocean. The small pool was heated (extra cost) during our stay and was lovely to enjoy or sit alongside on the lawn/garden area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with a short downhill walk to groceries and a few restaurants, then to the beachfront - and a great waterfront pathway all the way to Cascais. Cascais has lots of shops and restaurants, and is very busy/touristy. Easy access to nearby motorway to drive quickly to Lisbon; train from Estoril is also an option. The location is also perfect for visiting Sintra area (very busy/touristy, but beautiful), coastal beaches and all of Lisbon’s sites - yet not be in the busy center of Lisbon. LIS airport is approximately 30 mins away by car (with toll roads). Highly recommended for a family stay.

Wonderful Stay in Estoril

The property was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Beautiful views of the ocean from the covered porch were enjoyed by the entire family. Bedrooms were very comfortable and the main room was spacious. Maria made the checkin process very easy with good communication

Excellent Location

We recently stayed at this VRBO property, and we couldn't be more pleased with our experience! The house was fantastic—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the pool area; it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunny weather. The location was excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue that required us to leave the property earlier than planned. Despite this, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us in finding an alternative place to stay. Their responsiveness and care truly made a difference. We highly recommend this property and its wonderful hosts. If you're looking for a great place to stay with outstanding service, look no further!

Wife’s 60th birthday adventure. Setting perfect for our adult sons and their finances and my mother . Very classy town and neighborhood. Close to everything, but tranquil beautiful setting. Amazing view from balcony/garden , perfect for hanging out in evening after day of touring .Owners east to work with and communicate. Worth the money.

Beautiful Property

Maria was a very nice host and communicated with us during our stay. The house is lovely and spacious, the backyard/pool area is gorgeous and the view is absolutely incredible. Maria left us a list of recommendations from restaurants to driver services (use Andreia's company and request Bruno T!) and they were all wonderful. Thank you for a lovely stay in Estoril!

Lovely stay in a very well equipped villa. Worth having the pool heated if you’re staying when it’s cooler. Easy to get around by Bolt as it’s so cheap if the walking is too much, it only cost €13 to go to Sintra.

Great place!

We stayed for 4 nights in October which was seasonably warm (could use the pool without heating it). We liked that proximity to the boardwalk (7 minutes) which we utilized quite a bit. Some good restaurants close by. Have to give a big shout out to Maria. A bottle of white wine on arrival and she greatly helped with accommodating a big request. We stayed at 3 different VRBOs throughout Portugal and she was the only one to ask if everything was fine. Would return to this property.

Loved it!

The property is exactly as described. We were 6 adults. Plenty of room. Loved that it was so we equipped. There was nothing we did not need. Communication was spot on. Helpful & friendly. Location was great, very quiet neighbourhood. Short walk into Estoril. We paid to have the pool heated which we are pleased we did. Loved it & if you’re considering booking this villa, don’t hesitate.

Fabulous!!

We had 2 families with teens in the house and absolutely loved it!! Location was perfect - a hilly walk to shops and restaurants, so you earned an extra cocktail/dessert on your walk to dinner 😊 House has room for all of us, a huge deck to grill and have dinner. Pool was a lovely perk Towns of Estoril and Cascais are beautiful Maria was great with communication- directions, tips, connecting us with an airport transfer etc Would definitely recommend and hope to go back

Estoril Stay

Maria was a lovely host and we enjoyed our stay in her Estoril home very much. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we loved having the pool. We paid to heat it, which allowed us to enjoy it for more time. We took day trips to Sintra and Lisbon from the house, and both trips were easy to reach from the Estoril location. We also visited Cascais and had dinner there one night as well. Overall, Maria was a great host, answered all of my questions, was always available via email or text, and I would definitely recommend a stay at her home. Thanks Maria!
