The air conditioner didn't work so the room stayed hotter outside than inside. The weather was only 80 degrees F outside. I can't imagine how hot it gets to be in the apartment in the summer. I mentioned that the air conditioner didn't work to the manager. The manager replied that it did work. So I had to sleep with the windows open. There is a clothes washer but no provided clothes line or rack to dry the clothes. I had to drape clothes over furniture all over the apartment and balcony to dry them. The cookware pan non stick surface was breaking down so it was not safe to use. Though I liked the neighborhood and I found it quiet I don't recommend staying here. It's not worth the hassle.

Good location and property was perfect for upto 2 people; Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work - the temperature in the unit was 28C - which was far too hot and difficult to sleep in at night Would have been nice of Management confirms important appliances are in working order beforehand.
