Situated close to the whole life of Lisbon, day and night, this lovely apartment of 40m2 in a typical residential building is perfect for couples or travelers looking to stay in central Lisbon.

Our home is composed of:
- A living room with a comfy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee table. A dining table for 4 is at your disposal.
- An open-style kitchen that is fully equipped with stove, fridge, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.
- A bedroom with a queen bed that will be made up with hotel-quality linen.

Fresh towels will be provided, along with complimentary toiletries, cleaning, and sanitization before your arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Center of Lisbon, in the historic an trendy area (Bairro Alto, Miradouro da Santa Catarina, Elevadore da Bica, Jardim da Estrela, Assembleia da Républica...) and trendy : Mercado da Ribeira, Design district, bars et night-time life on the Tagus side (Urban Beach)...

Very close to the tram station, as well as the train, ideal to come from the airport by underground, but also to access Lisbon nearest beaches: to the north by train (Estoril and Cascais) and to the south by ferry boat (Costa da Caparica).

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
