This luxurious apartment has all the essentials you need for a pleasant stay in Lisbon.

In the bright living room, you will find a comfy sofa and a dining table where you can relax and dine in after a long day in the city!

The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, an oven and a microwave.

The bedrooms have a comfy queen bed and a single bed, respectively. Each bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitised.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Santa Cruz is closer to the city center than Belem; it sits just north of Chiado and Bairro Alto, a mere two metro stops away. This area is great for families due to its close proximity to the nicer parks of Lisbon. The neighborhood is also considerably cheaper than the center, so everything from food to accommodation won’t set you back as much.

Families will enjoy being close to movie theaters, public swimming facilities and cuisines that span wider than just the Portuguese.

When looking to stay in Santa Cruz, keep your options in the lower end of the district. The very north of Santa Cruz becomes a university town so there is a lot more nightlife up here.

Many places in Lisbon are easily accessible on foot; It's a 12-minute walk to ave. Liberdade, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple buses stops that service the area.
- The nearest train station: Anjos station and Picoas station (both are 8 mins walk from the apartment).
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
- Uber service generally takes no more than 10 mins of waiting time.

Before your check-in, you will receive a message with your check-in options and where you can pick up your keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a EUR 200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
