Rooms were clean and modern and they even put some complimentary wine and beer and chocolate in the fridge. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We stayed 3 nights but in 2 different rooms (as booked at separate times when we added another day in Lisbon) and both rooms were great. Oh and the blinds are blackout. Slept so well.

The hotel was in a really good location and close to many restaurants, shops and transport links. The room was decorated well and the amenities were good - really good shower with rainfall and detachable head! The staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet, whilst small, was tasty and topped up regularly. My only issue was with noise - I was at back of property so no street noise however the sound from other rooms above and beside did travel a lot. This is in a way understandable as an older building however as the rooms here are advertised as “soundproof”; this was louder than expected. Overnight this wasn’t too bad but maybe something to be aware of if you go to bed early or want a lie in! Overall though I would recommend for a trip to Lisbon; it’s vibe and closeness to transport and amenities was great.

We arrived in Lisbon very early (630am) so understandably the room wasn't available until the stated time of 3pm. There was a lot of food options in the area for breakfast and dinner - nightlife in the pink street if that's your thing too. The room was awkward with little counterspace, and having to walk over the foot of the bed to get to the other side, but that's part of the charm. Breakfast is included which was delicious! The eggs benedict was a very nice touch!
