Apartment was adequate for our needs for one night. Rugs over floors were quite dirty. Location was excellent. Communication with host Pedro was terrible. Since I had received no responses to questions just two days before our trip, we were on the flight to Europe and were worried we might not have a place to stay. He finally responded 2 hrs before check-in time with detailed information to get us into the property. He also refused to refund a cancellation made on another property well within the refund window. I will definitely not rent from this host again.
