The apartment is in the heart of the magnificent neighborhood of Santos, with 1 bedroom (with double bed), living room with sofa bed (double), dinner room, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on a 4th floor without elevator, very characteristic of the buildings here in Lisbon, and offers everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

Other things to keep in mind- Please note that check-in can be done from 4:00 pm- As you will certainly understand, early check-in is always dependent on previous guests, however we always do our best to accommodate our guests as soon as possible. If your apartment is not ready when you arrive, we have a service to store your luggage, so you can be free and start your visit to Lisbon.

- For reservations of up to two people, only the standard bed of the apartment is considered, whenever an extra bed (sofa bed) is requested there will be a single additional cost of €15, from the 3rd person this cost is already included in the price total!

- We provide all the necessary bed linen, as well as bath towels and kitchen towels according to the number of guests on the reservation.



- Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.

Lisbon Apartment

It was great except for going up 4 flights of narrow stairs with two pieces if heavy luggage. But it was a wonderful stay on a great location.

Great location in Lisbon

This lovely little apartment in Lisbon is the perfect location to enjoy everything the city has to offer. We were also extremely impressed by the warm, informative and helpful service we received from Manuel. Four flights up, the apartment kept us fit but we were very grateful for the assistance with our luggage on our arrival. It is situated within easy reach of Bairro Alto and easy walking distance of numerous fantastic traditional restaurants - if only we'd had more time to sample them all! We very quickly felt at home in the neighbourhood as it was such a good base to explore and we got to grips with all transport links - trains and boats from Cais do Sodre, buses and of course the no 28 tram - everyone's favourite! There were touches that made our stay even more comfortable - we were given fresh linen and towels halfway through our 10 day stay, were provided with local cheese and bread as well as other refreshments and Manuel answered all our queries about Lisbon immediately. His recommendations for local restaurants to visit were among our favourite places to eat. I would recommend this apartment to visitors to Lisbon. It is impeccably clean, comfortable and within walking distance of many of the city's best known sights. However, it really was the level of service we experienced that made such a difference. From my initial communication with Jorge and with every interaction we had with both him and Manuel - by email, phone, and text - they could not have done more to make sure we had everything we needed. This added real value to our holiday.
