The building is overall in good shape. However, the first floor room should have two windows, and not one window and one blocked door. The door doesn’t let much light in. Further, and more importantly, the window should have a shade that pulls up from the bottom, because the current setup allows absolutely no privacy from the very busy street. Otherwise, the room was nicely finished and the ceiling is high.

It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, and there is a minimart right next door. I think it's a reasonable space for a layover in Portugal; maybe even for a couple of days, but I cannot speak to anything beyond the layover. It fit my budget, check-in was seamless and easy (just what I needed for a layover), and the owners were very responsive.

I stayed 2 nights at this property with my kids and we liked it. Especially appreciate the very proactive and effective communication from the host regarding check in, dining suggestions, transportation etc. the room was spacious and clean. Very walkable to old town and must see places in Lisbon.

The property was ok but the area felt unsafe. Also the other guests staying at the property were smoking weeds. Won’t recommend if traveling with family or a baby. The property has all the basic minimum necessary things. It was very basic , nothing fancy.

We stayed 2 nights in the Sun Terrace Room. We loved the proximity to the downtown and the ease of walking to the highlights we wanted to see. Jorge was excellent at communicating with us and very clear details on how to access the property. We arrived early and although our room wasn’t ready, the staff was helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage in the back office until we could access the room. We are a group of 5 travelling together and having 2 washrooms in our unit was very useful. The building and room was very clean. Outside the building on the street is dirty but once you walk down the hill, there’s no issue. Thank you Jorge for the lovely stay!! As far as highlights to see in the city…castle St. George at golden hour is an absolute must!! Breathtaking! Buy your tickets ahead and skip the long line. Carmo Convent is stunning as well.

Really nice apartment that was outfitting with everything we needed and also had coffee, tea and some cookies were left out, which was not the case at any other place stayed on vacation. Very good location and was able to go out to see all the sights.

Lovely aparthotel in the center of Lisbon. So close to all the landmarks like Rossio and historical centre and very safe! Went with family and will come back. There is breakfast places nearby and very good restaurants. The apartments are spacious, clean and have AC. They also allow pets and were very welcoming! Jorge was very helpful in providing tips on must see places! Overall lovely stay and would recommend!

Charming place for the family.

Charming place with tall ceilings, and two bathrooms, which was helpful for our family of five. The unit was large and had a great loft with a couch up top which was perfect for enjoying a quiet cup of coffee and still being around with the family. Great location with easy drop off right at the front door. This was one of three places we stayed in Portugal, the communication and check-in process was the easiest.
