Fantastic modern dwelling, located in Ericeira with 177 m2, with 3 bedrooms and capacity for 8 people. It features a living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining area, a suite with a double bed and balcony, a room with 2 single beds and balcony, a room with 2 single beds and windows, two bathrooms with bathtub, a social bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric jug and with dining area. Outside on the ground floor, there is a terrace with a dining area directly connected to the kitchen and another terrace with barbecue and dining area next to the pool and directly connected to the living room. It also has two foldable single beds with 70cm by 200cm each, ironing board, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, washing machine and air conditioning. Located 1.5km from Foz do Lizandro beach, 1.2km from Sul beach and 2km from Ericeira centre. Note: We would like to inform you that for stays over 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established in the form of a overnight stay tax in all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax value is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is annually altered by Mafra Municipal Chamber, so changes to the presented values may occur.
