I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Vincci Liberdade. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. My room was spotless, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

ROOM was clean, breakfast was great. One unfortunate however shower is slippery, my mom slipped and fell and only after did they bring a mat and Ice. Thankful she didn't have any major injuries but was left bruised.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. A really good variety of food. A little dissappointed when we checked in since we were not greeted immediately. It was awkward standing for about 5 minutes - 10 minutes, no other customers, with 2 people at reception. Once we were greeted the staff turned out to be very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was great. Food and drinks were good. Service was good. Only issues I had were the shower, when you shower it kinda seeps out and the floor gets super wet. The app requests were not answered. They do answer the phone promptly and the service staff are great. Hotel was small but clean and cozy. I would stay here again. Close to public transportation.
