From the living room you go out into the garden with a beautiful terrace and two parking spaces for cars with wallbox connection. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms with a total of 4 box spring beds, a separate area for the possibility of a home office and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the second floor is the third bedroom with two single beds and a separate shower room. The spacious garden holds sun loungers and a sauna.
