Absolutely stunning new home in Litchfield Park, close to Verrado area!!!

Unbelievably gorgeous single story new home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, also a pullout queen sofa in the study area. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with tons of walking trails and parks close by. Super close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. I really believe you will love and enjoy staying in this home for your Arizona vacation. For the tv lovers we have direct tv, an 85” screen in the great room, 75” in the primary bedroom and 75” in the study area. WiFi is of course available for your use.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Raven Golf Club at Verrado. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The vacation home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

This was a very nice home built by a quality builder in a nice neighbor. We know the area and it meant our needs perfectly. Well stocked, kid friendly with bunk beds, toys and a pack and play. Appreciated being able to park in the garage. Great communication with the host. All around a wonderful stay.

This property was immaculate and the owner was wonderful to deal with. The kitchen was gorgeous and stocked with everything I needed to prepare two brunches and one dinner.
