Past weekend stay

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. We booked the house expecting 5 bedrooms, but were informed on the way there that only 3 would be available. That was a major change and not at all what we agreed to.Even worse, during our stay, the owner was walking in and out of the house unannounced. Nowhere in the listing did it say the owner would be present or entering the space, which made us very uncomfortable and completely violated our privacy. What if someone had just gotten out of the shower or was changing? It was totally inappropriate.To make matters worse, after we left, they attempted to charge us for a broken couch that was already in poor condition when we arrived.This whole experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I’ve used Vrbo before and never had issues like this, but this stay was unacceptable.These were the pictures I took before the stay!!
