Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
This hidden gem is perfect for business/ medical or personal travelers as it is perfectly located on the border of Frisco/Little Elm and minutes away from the beach. Plenty of nearby grocery stores such as Kroger minutes.

1. No smoking or you will be charged $1000 fee to get rid of the smoking smell
2. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay and a $500 fine
3. We have a very strict 2 pets policy. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine, so please let us know so we can make an expectation.
4. We request you take off shoes as soon you enter. This really helps keep the place clean!
5. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9PM – 8AM
6. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest
7. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove make up. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel
9. We keep a track of inventory in the unit. If there is anything found missing, please note you will be charged for retail price
